How far in advance should I book?
For airport transfers and hourly service, 24 hours' notice is ideal. Weddings, festivals and group transport are best booked several weeks ahead. We also handle same-day requests whenever a vehicle is available — call us.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. We monitor your flight number and adjust the pick-up automatically. If you land early or late, your chauffeur is there when you walk out — with no extra waiting charges for normal delays.
What is included in the quote?
Your quote includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard gratuity and applicable fees. There are no meters and no surge pricing. Any additional stops or extended hours are agreed in advance.
Can you handle large groups and events?
Yes. We coordinate multiple vehicles, guest shuttles and dedicated event dispatchers for weddings, corporate programs and festivals across the Coachella Valley.
Do you serve LAX, Ontario and San Diego?
We do. Long-distance transfers to LAX, ONT, San Diego and the Temecula wine country are a regular part of our schedule. Fixed pricing applies from the moment you book.
Are child seats available?
Yes — infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Just tell us the ages and weights when you reserve.
